The Annual Meeting of Members of Jo-Carroll Energy will be held at the West Carroll High School in Savanna on Monday, June 5. 

The event will feature co-op displays, the business meeting including announcement of director elections, awarding of the Director's Scholarships, door prizes and a member appreciation dinner. Read more about the director elections in the May Hi-Lines.

Time: Doors open at 4:30 p.m. Business meeting begins at 6 p.m. followed by the dinner at approximately 7 p.m.

Location: West Carroll High School, 500 Cragmoor St., Savanna, IL

Receive a $10 bill credit (per membership) for attending

Door prizes to be awarded. Must be present to win.

2023 Bylaw Amendments

2023 Bylaw Amendments

Jo-Carroll Energy members will be considering an amendment to the cooperative's bylaws during the 2023 Annual Meeting.

A formatting issue on Page 16 of the 2023 Annual Report created typos and language not to be stricken within the bylaw changes. A mailing providing a copy of the corrected proposed bylaw amendment is being sent to all cooperative members.

Corrected copies will be available at the 2023 annual meeting on June 5 at the West Carroll High School in Savanna; door open at 4:30 p.m. and the business meeting begins at 6 p.m.
