Jo-Carroll Energy is governed and guided by a board of ten directors. The Board of Directors is elected during the Annual Meeting voting process by the members for three-year terms.

As a cooperative, Jo-Carroll Energy owned and democratically controlled by the members we serve. The cooperative is governed by elected representatives who are accountable to the membership. Our service area is divided into 10 director districts. Each district is represented by one director, elected by the members of the district to serve a three-year term. District 1 vacancy
Jo-Carroll Energy has announced a vacancy for Director District 1.
Applications are being accepted from eligible members residing in the cooperative's District 1 who are interested in appointment to the director position. Please refer to the cooperative's bylaws for information on director qualifications.
The appointed director will serve the remaining portion of the term of office, which ends in 2022.
Appointment will be made by the JCE board of directors.
