Effective Monday, March 16, Jo-Carroll Energy lobbies at its Elizabeth, Savanna and Geneseo offices are closed to the public until further notice.

As a health and safety precaution for cooperative members and employees, JCE is practicing social distancing guidelines recommended by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the Illinois Department of Health.

Lineworkers, gas technicians and broadband technicians will respond to outages and emergencies.

Payments can be made at the Elizabeth office using the drive-thru window or at drop boxes at each of our offices. Payments can also be made online through the Member Services portal accessed through jocarroll.com or over the phone by calling 800-858-5522.

“Jo-Carroll Energy has been monitoring the evolving coronavirus (COVID-19) situation closely and I assure members we are taking measures to protect the health and safety of our members, staff and the general public,” said Mike Casper, JCE president and CEO. “We will maintain our daily business operations to ensure our members and families are not unnecessarily exposed to the virus while receiving the services they need.”
